Customize Your GlowFrame

I failed to remove the protective film on the panels of the glow frames and once I did that there is no problem with these. They look really nice now. I couldn’t even see that there was film in place, but there is and it does its job of protection. I wish I wasn’t so quick to give that two star review because these are a solid five stars!

I ordered two glow frames with six panels. Three of the panels had some sort of adhesive on them. I tried to pick it off with my fingers with no luck. I’ll need to get something else to remove it completely. This is noticeable at a glance, so if there was anyone just taking a quick look before packaging, it would’ve been found and corrected. These three affected panels will not be useable if I can’t clean them. I purchased this for a Christmas gift, so I have a bit of time to get it sorted. Disappointed and annoyed that they don’t look at what they’re sending out. The pics are after I picked off as much of the stuff as I could.

My package arrived fast and in great condition. It is good quality and has become one of my favorite room decorations.

I gifted it to my friend for his birthday and he absolutely loved it

After receiving a broken Picture & Frame, I was met with great Customer Service (shoutout to Charles) who quickly send me a replacement.
The product itself looks quite nice with the right setup (location & light)
