Stopped lighting in less than a week

Product is great aside the fact that it stopped lighting less than a week after I got it

Please remove the picture and check inside the frame if any plug is getting loose. If this doesn’t solve the problem, we will ship you a new frame.

I payed over 60$ for this product (with rechargable battery) and it's not worth it

The wires are free in the background and the quality of this product is more than malicious

Very cool! But not perfect

This is still a cool product and I'd buy another one but the back lighting isn't as uniform ad it seems in the picture.
