I never received the item when it was marked delivered, I tried reaching out to you guys but you never responded. I tried opening a claim on the Shopify app which I purchased from and I keep getting the error message that I ordered the item less than 30 days ago. I am probably going to end up contesting this with my bank since no one will respond to me. It’s too bad because if this is a real company and a real product it looks like it would’ve been really cool.

Live the item but didn't function as smoothly as I expected. I contacted customer support, they responded timely asking for a a video. I sent 2 but then I never heard back.
