Please read all instructions carefully before first use. Improper operation or any modification performed by the user is at the user’s own risk.
1 Safety Precautions
- Keep away from high-temperature, humid, or dusty environments.
- Do not drop, strike, or disassemble the device.
- This product is not waterproof—avoid contact with water or other liquids.
- This product is not edible; keep out of the reach of small children and pets.
2 Basic Operation
| Function | How to Do It |

| Power ON | Press the black side button once. |
| Power OFF | Shake the sphere quickly five times in a row. |
| Skip to Next Video / Image | While a video or image is playing, shake once. |
| Change Playback Mode | In video or image mode, shake twice to toggle between 🔂 Single-loop 🔁 Repeat 🔀 Random shuffle |
| Enter Home Menu | Shake three times to open the Home Menu, which contains four icons: Video / Image / Game / Wi-Fi. Shake once to highlight an option. Shake twice to confirm a highlighted option. Shake three times to exit. |
3 Uploading Your Own Content
3.1 Custom Videos
- Prepare square (1 : 1) videos. Resize/crop if necessary.
- Go to https://convertio.co/mjpeg-converter/ to convert the video file.
- Click on 'Settings' and resize the video to 240 x 240, and convert to .mjpeg format.


- Rename each file to my1, my2, my3 … (keep the “my” prefix), and change the suffix to .mjpeg.
- Connect the sphere to a computer with the supplied USB-C cable (device powered ON). A removable-disk window appears—open it if it doesn’t auto-launch.
- Drag the converted .mjpeg files into the mjpeg folder. Wait until transfer completes.
- Safely disconnect the cable. Your videos are now ready to play.
3.2 Custom Images
- Prepare square PNG images at 240 × 240 px.

Rename each file to 1.png, 2.png, 3.png …
- Connect the sphere via USB-C. Open the removable disk, locate the image folder, and copy the PNGs inside.
- When copying is finished, unplug the cable; the images will appear in Image mode.

5 Troubleshooting
| Issue | Possible Cause & Fix |
|---|---|
| Screen is off / won’t wake | The device enters sleep after 30 min of inactivity. Press the side button once to wake. If still dark, charge for at least 20 min and try again. |
| New videos or images won’t play | • Make sure files were converted with the provided tool. • Videos must be 240 x 240 .mjpeg and stored in the mjpeg folder. • Images must be 240 × 240 PNG and stored in the image folder. • File names must follow the required naming rules (my1, 1.png, etc.). |
| Device freezes | Most likely an unsupported video or image file was loaded. Connect to a computer, delete the last file you added. If the device remains unresponsive, allow the battery to drain completely, recharge, and power on again. |
6 Warranty & Disclaimers
• Warranty: 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Liability: Any personal injury or property damage resulting from improper use of the product is not the responsibility of the manufacturer or seller.
• Hand-Assembled Product: Each GlowOrb is manually assembled rather than mass-produced. Minor cosmetic imperfections on the surface are normal and do not affect functionality.
