For destinations in the US and EU, standard shipping typically takes 10–15 days once the package is in transit.
Will I have to pay import duties?
For our customers in the United States, all import duties are included in the final price at checkout.
What is your return policy?
If you wish to return an item for non-quality related reasons, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
What if my order arrives damaged?
In the rare event that your artwork is damaged during transit, please email service@eulique.com immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible.
