30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at service@eulique.com. Note that returns must be sent to one of our designated addresses. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Product Quality and Shipping Damages

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you encounter any product quality issues or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at service@eulique.com. We will offer you a refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Defective Returns

If you decide to return an item that is not defective or damaged, we will gladly accept it; however, the customer is responsible for the shipping charge for the return shipment. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, allowing it to be resold.

Refund Process

Refunds for returned orders will be processed once we receive the package and confirm that the product is undamaged and in a resellable condition. We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and we will inform you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Returns on sale items or gift cards are also not accepted. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges

For the quickest service, we recommend returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Customers shipping to the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, subject to the item being in the same condition as received.
