I never received the item when it was marked delivered, I tried reaching out to you guys but you never responded. I tried opening a claim on the Shopify app which I purchased from and I keep getting the error message that I ordered the item less than 30 days ago. I am probably going to end up contesting this with my bank since no one will respond to me. It’s too bad because if this is a real company and a real product it looks like it would’ve been really cool.

Wonderful piece. Beautifully carved, smooth running and quiet. Thank you!

The only detail i have is the attachment of the tail. It is a friction fit and requires enough force to worry the assembler to make it stick. Will probably need to revisit and apply glue.
