Meh. No quality control.

I ordered two glow frames with six panels. Three of the panels had some sort of adhesive on them. I tried to pick it off with my fingers with no luck. I’ll need to get something else to remove it completely. This is noticeable at a glance, so if there was anyone just taking a quick look before packaging, it would’ve been found and corrected. These three affected panels will not be useable if I can’t clean them. I purchased this for a Christmas gift, so I have a bit of time to get it sorted. Disappointed and annoyed that they don’t look at what they’re sending out. The pics are after I picked off as much of the stuff as I could.

There is protective film on the surface of the panel. Please try peeling it off from the corners. Let us know if this doesn't work.

A great Idea!

Beforehand: I really like the idea of a glowing picture frame, where you can only see the complete picture if the lights are on.

Sadly the implementation is not that good.
After trying to light up the picture, I was a bit confused, why only one side glowed and not the other. I removed the picture and took a look inside and was shocked to find out the rope light was sharply bend and apparently one half of it got damaged, so now only one half glows.

Mistakes can happen, but for this price tag, I at least expect a function test, before sending out the product to the customers...

PS: this Glow Frame should have been a christmas present but I can't gift someone a damaged item...

Update: In my review from the 23th of december I criticised that only one half of the picture frame could glow, because of a sharply bend edge, which got the rope light damaged.

Barely four days later I got a reply from the eulique store. They apologised for the damaged frame (mistakes can happen!) and swiftly send a replacement. It arrived today and the picture frame glows without any problem.
I gifted it my sister like I wanted at christmas and she was really amazed and happy with her glow frame \(^-^)/

I was really surprised by the swift and unexpected reply from eulique and their flawless customer service. This is (sadly) really rare today.

Dumb sticker over Levi

Wasn’t upset with how long it took to arrive, it was coming from Japan or somewhere to the US. What I didn’t expect is a sticker placed over the body in the center of the piece I bought. Not only is it near impossible to get off clean, but when you do get parts of the sticker off it just peels the layer of plastic that is over the whole thing right off, and now I have air bubbles.

Learned my lesson; will never buy another product from this place.

I ordered two lights! Both from Jujutsu Kaisen and they came in just as I expected! They are beautiful! They have dimmers and you can change the lighting from like the warm to cool or neutral white tone and I just am so in love with them!

Cool! But not perfect

I got one of the jujutsu kaisen glowframes from Eulique. They're very neat! I got the large rechargeable one. In the video the backlight looks much more consistent but in reality , at least mine , you can see the LED strips more prominently behind the image. It's still a very cool product just wish the quality was like how it was shown in the videos.
