I failed to remove the protective film on the panels of the glow frames and once I did that there is no problem with these. They look really nice now. I couldn’t even see that there was film in place, but there is and it does its job of protection. I wish I wasn’t so quick to give that two star review because these are a solid five stars!
I ordered two glow frames with six panels. Three of the panels had some sort of adhesive on them. I tried to pick it off with my fingers with no luck. I’ll need to get something else to remove it completely. This is noticeable at a glance, so if there was anyone just taking a quick look before packaging, it would’ve been found and corrected. These three affected panels will not be useable if I can’t clean them. I purchased this for a Christmas gift, so I have a bit of time to get it sorted. Disappointed and annoyed that they don’t look at what they’re sending out. The pics are after I picked off as much of the stuff as I could.
There is protective film on the surface of the panel. Please try peeling it off from the corners. Let us know if this doesn't work.

I ordered the Large Miyazaki's World art with the Walnut frame for my wife's birthday. She is a huge Miyazaki fan and loves all of his movies, especially "My Neighbor Totoro"
Unfortunately the first frame I ordered was damaged during shipping! I contacted Eulique about the damages and they were super helpful. They sent me out another frame and this one that arrived was in perfect condition!
Sometimes things can get ruined during shipping, but Eulique made it right for us. Great communication and customer service! Now my wife is happy!
