I placed my order closer to Christmas than I'd like only because I stumbled upon Eulique. Knowing it was cutting it close I chose to pay extra for the "Priority Processing". I heard nothing for almost a week. Nervous I emailed the support on the status of my order. My first clue I was in trouble was the response was sent back to me at 2am. Thinking they might be burning the midnight oil I just shrugged this thought off. Eulique responding to my query by informing me that they were out of the white frames and could only fulfill one of my two parts of my order. How long did they know there were out and decided to not email me asking if I'd prefer a different color is anyone's guess. I told them I'd take one black and one white as color is the bottom of my priority list and actually having the pictures by Christmas was extremely concerning. They told me they understood and will get the order processed asap. While I don't mind in the slightest stuff coming from China, informing me that these items would directly ship from China would have been NICE. No where on the website does it say this in fact I was lead to believe it was coming from the US. The two while simply amazing pictures finally arrived they arrived a week and a half late. I emailed Eulique with what happened and think that while I understand the time of the year can be extremely stressful the $30+ I spent on "Priority Processing" wasn't met and I'd like my money back. I have yet to receive a response email from them.

It didn't make it in time for Christmas, but it was still teally really fast!
I was very pleased with the turnaround time on my order. They made a tremendous effort to ensure safe delivery of the item I ordered. The item was till damaged in transit at no fault of eulique. I will happily return and give them a 5 plus on a final review I hear from them on the repair or replacement of the acetate pane that coves our framed image. The item is truly even nicer than we expected to receive, unfortunately, I requested instructions on repairs the day after Christmas yet have not heard from them in 4 days.

so the shipment arrived a little later than expected but there was a difference of 2-3 days the picture is exactly like on the website something wonderful my daughter is a huge fan she really likes it when dpd brought the parcel to the door and I saw that they threw it under the door I got scared that it breaks the glass or breaks the frame, luckily the photo is perfectly protected really thick bubble wrap so the picture was whole, which made me happy because it's not a cheap gift so I definitely recommend this product, I'm thinking about buying another frame, this time for myself from the Dragon Ball series ;D
Paid for priority processing. A week later the status is still "order placed". Basically, it's paying extra for nothing.
No service has my tracking number it says it’s at a warehouse but no company has that tracking number

We lost two dogs this year and having their 3D portraits with us is so special! The artwork and realism is incredible, I’ve told all my dog owner friends. I truly was amazed how wonderful they both turned out.

I was very happy to receive the 3-D print in frame. Though it took 16 days to arrive with priority shipping paid, it was worth it! I was also able to track the package too. I have included the process of unpacking and how meticulously protected it was to ensure that it arrived undamaged and intact.

Unfortunately the first frame I ordered was damaged during shipping! I contacted Eulique about the damages and they were super helpful. They sent me out another frame and this one that arrived was in perfect condition!
Sometimes things can get ruined during shipping, but Eulique made it right for us. Great communication and customer service! Now my wife is happy!
